本用户协议适用于 AUV Type（中文显示为“AUV·即时字幕”）。当你使用字幕、创建账号或购买订阅时，即表示你同意本协议。

服务内容

AUV Type 是面向面对面交流的无障碍辅助工具，可提供中英混合实时字幕、保守 AI 纠错、可选中英文翻译、字幕历史，以及在受支持设备上由用户明确启用的中文或英文本地单语字幕。旧口述能力可能保留，但不保证持续开放。

原始识别、AI 建议和译文都可能不准确、延迟、遗漏或改变语义。数字、金额、日期时间、剂量、单位和否定关系尤其需要核对原文。

非医疗与紧急情况声明

AUV Type 不是医疗器械，也不提供诊断或医疗建议。不得将字幕、纠错或译文用于急救、诊断、用药、法律陈述、安全指令或其他关键决策。紧急情况下请使用当地紧急服务和合适的人工沟通方式。

合法使用和他人隐私

你应确保有权处理附近说话人的语音和文字，并在当地法律要求时告知或取得同意。不得使用 AUV Type 违法、侵权、秘密监听、处理无权处理的内容、攻击服务、绕过账务或安全限制、自动化刷量，或实施欺诈、骚扰及其他有害行为。本版本不支持电话音频或后台录音。

用户内容和本地历史

你保留对语音和字幕内容的权利，并授予我们仅为提供实时服务及你主动使用的账号同步功能所需的有限处理权。caption 模式不在服务端保存音频；未登录时字幕历史仅保存在设备上，登录后会同步到你的账号。你可以在 App 内删除单条或全部历史。

账号、额度和订阅

登录并非使用 AUV Type 的必要条件，账号主要用于云端保存和跨设备同步字幕历史。所有未付费用户每 7 天获得 1000 字免费输出额度；有效连续包月订阅不设置固定普通输出字数上限，但仍受合理使用、安全、技术和服务可用性限制。每个云端 final 仅按采用的源字幕计费一次，AI 建议和译文不重复计费。Apple 负责处理购买、续订、取消和退款。

服务变更、免责声明和责任限制

我们可能调整供应商、功能、限制、价格或可用性。AUV Type 按“现状”和“可用”提供；我们不保证识别或翻译准确、服务不中断或适合特定用途。在法律允许的最大范围内，LinkReady 和 AUV Type 不对因依赖字幕或 AI 输出产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

These Terms govern AUV Type, shown as “AUV·即时字幕” in Simplified Chinese. By using captions, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Service

AUV Type is an accessibility aid for face-to-face conversations. It may provide mixed Chinese-English live captions, conservative AI correction, optional Chinese or English translation, caption history, and—on supported devices—an explicitly selected Chinese or English single-language local model. Legacy dictation features may remain available internally but are not guaranteed.

Recognition, AI suggestions, and translations can be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or meaning-changing. Always verify numbers, amounts, dates and times, doses, units, and negation against the original caption.

Not Medical or for Emergencies

AUV Type is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or medical advice. Do not rely on captions, corrections, or translations for emergencies, diagnosis, medication, legal statements, safety instructions, or other critical decisions. Use local emergency services and an appropriate human communication method in an emergency.

Lawful Use and Other People’s Privacy

You must have the right to process nearby speakers’ audio and text and must notify them or obtain consent when required by law. You may not use AUV Type for unlawful recording, covert surveillance, infringement, content you have no right to process, attacks, billing or security circumvention, automated quota abuse, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct. This version does not support phone audio or background recording.

Content and Local History

You retain rights to your speech and captions and grant us only the limited processing rights needed to provide the realtime service and the account-sync feature you choose to use. Caption mode does not save audio on the server. While signed out, caption history remains only on your device; after sign-in, it is synced to your account. You can delete one or all sessions in the app.

Accounts, Quota, and Subscriptions

Sign-in is not required to use AUV Type; an account is primarily for cloud storage and cross-device sync of caption history. Every non-paying user receives 1,000 free output words every seven days. An active monthly subscription has no fixed ordinary output-word cap, subject to fair use, safety, technical, and availability limits. Each cloud final is charged once using the adopted source caption; AI suggestions and translations are not charged again. Apple handles purchases, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Changes, Disclaimer, and Liability

We may change providers, features, limits, prices, or availability. AUV Type is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accurate recognition or translation, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinkReady and AUV Type are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on captions or AI output.
