本用户协议适用于你访问和使用 AUV Type（也显示为 AUV·口述）。当你创建账号、使用口述或购买订阅时，即表示你同意本协议。

服务内容

AUV Type 帮助你把自己的语音或文本整理成可编辑文本。服务可能包括实时转写、AI 改写、本地草稿历史、账号登录、额度和订阅等功能。

AI 输出可能不准确或不完整。你在发送、发布、依赖或分享结果前，应自行检查和确认。

账号

你可以使用支持的手机号或 Apple ID 登录。你应保护账号安全，并对账号下的活动负责。不得以共享、出租、转售等方式规避订阅或损害服务。

合理使用

你不得使用 AUV Type 违法、侵权、处理无权处理的内容、滥用或攻击服务、绕过账务或安全限制、自动化刷量，或生成恶意、欺诈、骚扰等有害内容。

如使用行为违法、异常、存在风险或影响服务稳定性，我们可以限速、暂停或终止相关访问。

用户内容

你保留对口述文本和草稿的权利。你授予我们为你提供、传输、存储、展示和维护服务所必需的有限处理权利。我们不主张拥有你的内容。

免费额度和订阅

未登录游客可获得一次性体验额度。登录用户每 7 天可获得一次免费输出字数额度。付费连续包月在订阅有效期内不设置固定普通字数上限，但仍受本协议、订阅条款、安全控制和合理使用规则约束。

通过 Apple 完成的购买由 Apple 处理。你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。

服务变更

我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能、供应商、限制、价格或可用性。如重大变更影响有效付费订阅，将按适用平台规则和法律处理。

免责声明和责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，AUV Type 按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不保证输出准确、服务不中断、适合特定用途或不侵权。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性损害，或利润、数据、商誉、商业机会损失承担责任。

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AUV Type, also shown as AUV·口述. By creating an account, using dictation, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Service

AUV Type helps you turn your own speech or text into polished, editable text. The service may provide real-time transcription, AI-assisted rewriting, local draft history, account login, billing, and related features.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any result before sending, publishing, relying on, or sharing it.

Accounts

You may sign in with a supported phone number or Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer paid access in a way that avoids subscription limits or harms the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AUV Type to:

• violate laws or third-party rights;
• upload or dictate content you do not have the right to process;
• abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate the service;
• attempt to bypass billing, quotas, security, or fair-use controls;
• generate malware, fraud, harassment, or other harmful content.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when usage is abusive, unlawful, risky, or harmful to service stability.

User Content

You retain your rights to your dictated text and drafts. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, transmit, store, display, and operate the service for you.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

Subscriptions and Free Quota

Guests receive a one-time trial quota. Signed-in users receive a free word quota that resets every 7 days. Paid monthly subscriptions provide no fixed word cap while the subscription is active, subject to these Terms, the Subscription Terms, safety controls, and fair use.

Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, limits, prices, or availability. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will handle it according to applicable platform rules and law.

Disclaimer

AUV Type is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinkReady and AUV Type will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
