本隐私政策说明 AUV Type（中文显示为“AUV·即时字幕”）如何处理你使用 App 和相关服务时的信息。

我们处理的信息

我们可能处理账号信息（手机号登录或 Apple ID 标识）、Apple 购买验证信息，以及服务运行、安全和诊断所需的设备、App、请求和错误元数据。当你主动开始云端字幕时，我们还会临时处理麦克风音频流、中英混合转写文本，以及为保守纠错和可选翻译所需的最终字幕文本。

音频与字幕正文

AUV Type 只在你主动开始云端字幕时采集和传输麦克风音频，暂停、结束、进入后台或发生系统音频中断后停止采集。音频流经 AUV Type 后端转发给阿里云 DashScope 实时语音识别服务；服务端不保存音频文件或音频片段。

云端 caption 的实时处理链路不会把字幕正文作为语音识别会话结果自动保存。最终字幕可临时发送给通义千问/Qwen 或兼容服务进行一次保守纠错和可选翻译，处理失败时继续显示原始识别文本。服务日志只记录语言组合、段数、延迟、风险类型、错误码和计费元数据，不记录 caption 正文。登录后，App 会把你在字幕历史中保留的会话文本、纠错结果和可选译文同步到你的账号，以便跨设备查看；未登录时不会进行这项同步。

为兼容旧版客户端，legacy formal 口述接口仍可能在客户端请求保存时，把整理后的口述文本作为云端草稿保存；这与 caption 模式相互独立。旧版草稿可由相应客户端删除，删除账号时也会一并删除。

本地历史和本地识别

字幕历史按账号、按会话隔离保存在你的设备上，使用完整文件保护并排除 iCloud 与设备备份。未登录用户的字幕历史只保存在本机；登录用户的字幕历史还会通过加密传输同步到 AUV Type 服务，并按账号隔离保存。历史可能包含原始识别文本、安全纠正结果、AI 建议、可选译文和风险标签。你可以在 App 内删除单条或全部历史；删除操作会同时作用于当前账号的本地和云端副本，删除账号时也会一并删除。

为确保网络中断后仍能可靠确认账号删除，服务端会将本次已撤销访问令牌的不可逆随机哈希作为无账号内容的删除回执；该回执不能访问账号或删除后来重新创建的账号，并会在 App 完成本地字幕清理并确认后删除。

在支持的系统和设备上，你可以手动安装并明确选择中文或英文本地单语字幕模型。本地模式不发送音频或字幕正文到 AUV Type 服务，也不提供 AI 纠错或翻译。模型可用性由 Apple Speech 框架的运行时能力决定。

服务提供商与用途

我们可能使用阿里云 DashScope 提供实时语音识别，使用通义千问/Qwen 或兼容服务提供纠错和翻译，并使用必要的认证、云基础设施、诊断和 Apple 内购服务。信息仅用于提供字幕、认证账号、管理额度和订阅、防止滥用、提升稳定性、响应支持请求及履行法律或平台要求。你的内容不会用于训练公共 AI 模型。

保留、删除和选择

账号、购买和最少量运营记录会在提供服务、遵守法律和平台规则、处理争议及防止滥用所需期间保留。字幕历史会保留到你在 App 内删除相应历史或删除账号。你可以随时停止字幕、撤销麦克风或语音识别权限、删除单条或全部字幕历史、删除账号或在 Apple ID 设置中取消订阅。

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。AUV Type 不面向 13 岁以下儿童或当地法律规定的最低年龄以下用户。

This Privacy Policy explains how AUV Type, shown as “AUV·即时字幕” in Simplified Chinese, handles information when you use the app and related services.

Information We Process

We may process account identifiers (supported phone login or Apple ID), Apple purchase-verification data, and limited device, app, request, error, security, and billing metadata needed to operate the service. When you actively start cloud captions, we also temporarily process microphone audio streams, mixed Chinese-English transcripts, and final caption text needed for conservative correction and optional translation.

Audio and Caption Text

AUV Type captures and transmits microphone audio only during an active cloud-caption session. Capture stops when you pause or end the session, enter the background, or encounter a system audio interruption. Audio is relayed through the AUV Type backend to Alibaba Cloud DashScope realtime speech recognition. The server does not save audio files or chunks.

The realtime caption-processing path does not automatically persist caption text as a speech-recognition session result. A final caption may be sent temporarily to Qwen or a compatible AI service for one conservative correction and optional translation request. If that processing fails, the original recognition remains visible. Service logs contain only language combinations, segment counts, latency, risk categories, error codes, and billing metadata—not caption text. When you are signed in, the app syncs caption sessions you keep—including text, corrections, and optional translations—to your account for cross-device access. No such sync occurs while signed out.

For compatibility with legacy clients, the legacy formal-dictation endpoint may still store rewritten dictation text as a cloud draft when the client requests saving. This storage is separate from caption mode. Legacy drafts can be deleted through the corresponding client and are deleted with the account.

On-Device History and Recognition

Caption history is separated by account and stored by session on your device with complete file protection, and it is excluded from iCloud and device backups. Signed-out history remains only on that device. Signed-in history is also synced over encrypted transport to AUV Type and stored separately for that account. A record may contain the raw transcript, safely corrected display text, an AI suggestion, an optional translation, and risk labels. You can delete one or all sessions in the app; deletion applies to both local and cloud copies for the current account, and account deletion removes them as well.

To confirm account deletion reliably after a network interruption, the service may retain an irreversible random hash of the revoked access token as a deletion receipt. The receipt contains no account content, cannot access an account or delete a later re-created account, and is removed after the app finishes local caption cleanup and acknowledges it.

On supported systems and devices, you may manually install and explicitly choose a Chinese or English single-language local caption model. Local mode does not send audio or caption text to AUV Type and does not provide AI correction or translation. Availability depends on Apple Speech framework runtime capabilities.

Providers and Purposes

We may use Alibaba Cloud DashScope for realtime speech recognition, Qwen or a compatible service for correction and translation, and necessary authentication, cloud infrastructure, diagnostics, and Apple in-app purchase services. We process information only to provide captions, authenticate accounts, manage quota and subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support, and meet legal or platform requirements. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

Retention, Deletion, and Choices

Account, purchase, and minimal operational records are retained only as needed to provide the service, comply with law and platform rules, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Caption history is retained until you delete the relevant history in the app or delete your account. You can stop captions, revoke microphone or speech-recognition permission, delete one or all caption sessions, delete your account, or cancel a subscription in Apple ID settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. AUV Type is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
