本隐私政策说明 AUV Type（也显示为 AUV·口述）在你使用 App 和相关服务时如何处理信息。
我们处理的信息
我们可能处理账号信息（手机号登录或 Apple ID 标识）、你主动口述时的音频流或音频片段、转写文本、改写草稿和保存的文本历史、Apple 购买验证信息，以及用于服务运行、安全和诊断的设备、App、请求和日志信息。
音频
AUV Type 只在你主动开始口述时处理音频。服务设计上不持久保存音频文件或音频片段。音频仅为完成实时转写和生成最终文本而发送到 AUV Type 后端和阿里云 DashScope 实时语音识别服务。
文本
我们可能保存最终草稿和文本历史，用于展示历史、支持搜索、编辑和账号功能。生成和改写文本可能由通义千问/Qwen 或 DashScope 兼容 AI 改写服务处理。我们不会把你的内容用于训练公共 AI 模型。
服务提供商
我们可能使用第三方服务提供语音识别、AI 改写、认证、云基础设施、分析、崩溃诊断和 Apple 内购。目前生产服务方包括阿里云 DashScope 实时语音识别、通义千问/Qwen 或 DashScope 兼容 AI 改写服务。第三方仅在提供和保护 AUV Type 所需范围内处理数据，并需要提供与 AUV Type 同等或不低于的保护。
使用目的
我们处理信息是为了提供口述和改写、认证账号、管理额度和订阅、防止滥用、提升稳定性、响应支持请求，并履行法律或平台要求。
保留和删除
我们会在提供服务、遵守法律和平台规则、处理争议、防止滥用所需期间保留相关记录。你可以在 App 提供的功能中删除保存的草稿，并可在账号设置中发起账号删除。
你的选择
你可以停止使用麦克风功能、在系统设置中撤销麦克风权限、删除可删除的文本数据、在账号设置中删除账号、在 Apple ID 设置中取消订阅，或通过 support@linkready.net 联系我们处理访问请求。
安全
我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。
儿童
AUV Type 不面向 13 岁以下儿童或当地法律规定的最低年龄以下用户。

This Privacy Policy explains how AUV Type, also shown as AUV·口述, handles information when you use the app and related services.
Information We Process
We may process:
- account information, such as phone login or Apple ID identifiers;
- audio streams or chunks while you are actively dictating;
- transcripts, rewritten drafts, and saved text history;
- billing and subscription verification data from Apple;
- device, app, diagnostic, request, and security logs needed to operate the service.
Audio
AUV Type processes audio only when you actively start dictation. The service is designed not to persist audio files or audio chunks after processing. Audio is sent to the AUV Type backend and Alibaba Cloud DashScope realtime speech recognition only to produce transcription and final text.
Text
We may store final text drafts and text history so the app can show history, support search and editing, and provide account features. Text generation and rewriting may be processed by Qwen or DashScope-compatible AI rewriting services.
We do not use your content to train public AI models.
Service Providers
We may use third-party providers for speech recognition, AI rewriting, authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash diagnostics, and Apple in-app purchases. Current production providers include Alibaba Cloud DashScope realtime speech recognition and Qwen or DashScope-compatible AI rewriting services. These providers process data only as needed to provide and secure AUV Type, and must provide the same or equal protection as AUV Type.
Legal Bases and Purposes
We process information to provide dictation and rewriting, authenticate accounts, manage quota and billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
We retain account, billing, and operational records as needed to provide the service, comply with platform and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can delete saved drafts and initiate account deletion in the app.
Your Choices
You can:
- stop using microphone features at any time;
- revoke microphone permission in system settings;
- delete saved text data where available;
- delete your account from account settings;
- cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings;
- contact us about access requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
AUV Type is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
